If a pictures worth a 1000 words then no need for redundancy
The ideals of investing in tailored clothing is a commitment and a ritual, not that different from a tattoo. Men prepare their bodies for this ritual of integrity. In the old tailor shop world fathers would bring their sons to the tailor shop only to watch their father talk to the tailor about dressing for success, to fit in, to look fine and feel great. Tattoos are an even older ritual for initiation in tribes and underground groups. But the world has dramatically changed and so has the mind. So many truths and deeper truths on identity. Symbols as a visual species need to be in balance with our personal narrative and ability to relate to others.
The strong sculpted outfit is far more conservative and practical a choice of commitment than a tattoo. Such is manifested in the consummate garment fit that should act more of a frame and less a focus as fashion or a tattoo. Ideally every man should express his ability to serious commitment with integrity and no apologies, that I hear so much from men with tattoos. Like the tattoo, suit wearers are a cohort of men among men. The suit like the tattoo is a ritual of showing ones integrity at a moment in time. The both often take some appreciation for how they fit.
Men’s commitment is connected to legacy. Essentially our legacy is responsible to leave the world a better place. My tattoo would be after a reputation for rebuilding employment and giving people back their self determination. I call it Suit-Per-Man. Europe after democracy has a glimpse of civility. Unfortunately world trade was too new for Germany and their dilemma and temptation of their industrial arms. Einstein said, War is the failure of imagination. So are the ideals and power struggles that fail creative collaboration and long term civil opportunities. For example Germany would have exported cars and earned a respectable place in the world. Instead industrialists chose an arrogant dark side.
This tailored image of society is again rearing its head with Pitti Uomo in Italy twice a year. Here the only fashion is the sponsors while the attendees all exercise their tailored classic best. As web direct with online education we are completing a link to spark a chain reaction against large designer names and lazy retailors.
The purpose of Suit-per-man is Socialization.
In an ideal world people could learn enough online to make a living. This is starting to happen at $300 billion a year spent online for education. Its going to take as much webinars and qualification marketing to find talent to surpass Europe’s apprentice models . But most doable with videos.
This sartorial common denominator call the suit will open socialization much needed after the crash after the pandemic. A new economic system is germinating. Those lazy uninspired will be dealing with a new realization for survival of the fittest. Perhaps they will need a tailor and sell a few assets their new life. Designers could be those Suit-Per-men that are the link in this new world. Off with the suit and on with the heroic deeds.
