An important hack for learning is to take a break and get physical. This pumps blood to the brain and allows relaxation and “info absorption”. Trying to learn too much too soon is “brain greed” or not taking profits on the stock market, you end up losing it all. Getting physical is using the whole brain or subconscious. It’s a great hack, something Tony Robbins has currently presented over 9 hours of free YouTube watch (probably reduced for highlighting)

1) Home Boot camp clean up: make your bed, (5 min to have ready for a good day and visually welcoming)

2) Exercise 5 min HITT (high intensity) and cold/ hot-clean/ cold showers, (5 min) -Bullet proof coffee (add a healthy oil, like MCT, avocado or walnut) Have breakfast after 11 to try to widen your non eating up to 12-18 hours (8 hrs. sleep and 2 to 5 hours drinking in pm and am) With a keto diet this is easier and easier. If you think you’re hungry, you probably are just thirsty. Burn fats as the brain uses them wisely.

3) Dress up a notch or to the nines- your choice when you Zoom or Coffice – This seems to amalgamate energy. It feels good and makes one prepared like a soldier dressed to kill. TDs only eat what we kill.

Make contact calls from your prepared list and make notes. Call 5 friends to ask and prompt for their referrals who pay more and go farther for less. See how they are doing and mention that your contact gave you their name. Ask if you can support them on their current confidence or on their next shopping trip. 7) Research on YouTube that might interest prospects. If dressing is not in their vocabulary, change the subject to a general, how’s the boss treating you. Find out what kind of work and how’s business.

8) After calling 3 times and email 3 times you are geared up to come in for the kill over coffee at the coffice. I show cloth books and pix online, to see if there is anything that catches their eye. At least offer them service of alterations. They can do spring cleaning any time of year in their closet and think of you. For something that they are not wearing or something that they are wearing too much and need another garment outfit to save the ones they like.

9) Practice gratefulness. this supports good energy Realize that we could have been born in worse times with worse parents or conditions. Try a history lesson on YouTube, where wars or riots or starvation terrorism. This can be a lesson in transcendence back our lucky reality. This allows us reference from our area of concern to our area of influence. Failure always blames things they have no control over. We are all in the center of the circle of life and expanding takes responsibility for trajectory to that area of immediate concern.

I am humbled by my home studio as well proudly paid. I have been called spartan for decades. To be smart and maintain humility I practice types of fasting that naturally encourage good taste and enjoyable food planning. (we are rich when we have a choice, from fasting to food) . This energy allows me racket sports, swimming daily, occasional boxing hiking, skiing, scuba, and singing (that takes much energy). I am grateful to be constantly learning from those who I believe to be intelligent and earnest on the YouTube.


When you know you are dressing to respect, it’s easier to dress yourself. Like in boot camp, even tough soldiers, make their bed. Your room or place is your castle for now so having it ready for you or anyone you would like to invite is creative and subconsciously enabling. If you can’t keep it clean and look forward to coming home, then you got bad habits and your days networking is going to show up like a bad suit. Just another bad habit like denials and blame. If your blaming others, that will extend to the world. If you are man or woman enough to forgive, and forgive yourself, this will change how you see yourself and the world. You will be able to imagine others having done well before you talk with them. This will lead you to a whole new world of friendship and business. For the past clients call and show gratefulness for their past business and be happy with your current business; to forego any conclusions they have about you wanting more business from them. Daily new Habits adds confidence !

Good habits are earned! It takes for most people 21 days straight. The brain takes 3 months to replace its cells. Dr William Li sites studies that show to assure stem cell effectiveness take 2 cups of over80% hot chocolate daily! New habits creates confidence and provides energy, to continue the learning cycle. This simple act of control augments other aspects of your world. Looking in the mirror and making object and subjective observations is also nurturing. Hopefully enough to put you on your toes for earnestly returning a compliment. My tailor shop experience since the 1980s reflects when I ask men what their nipples are for answer with a shrug. Stoic men know we are here to nurture to serve and teach others how to treat us. Our success adds to our generosity and a story for anyone with a soul.

There is no success without change or choice. An old self-image is a comfort zone that kills most men. The Zerox study attests to this phenom. They found that the work ethic works no matter where you place your sales people. Failure to most is not an opportunity. Success calculates failure and execution and welcomes failure with change, curiosity and facts. Humor and sharing (influence) helps this transition. This will help and distract from the old depressed black dog in you and encourage you to get out of the box, so that your bed welcomes you at the end of the day.

We must imagine that good habits are like a steps. The amount of steps depends on how good or smart our habits are. We daily get closer to competence and the stoic man or what Maslov calls self-realization. So, in a way we can learn success on a daily basis.

In my tailor-made view of Maslovs Hierarchy of needs, I add richness that is defined beyond material.

Taking hot and cold showers is a smart habit that you can feel good about. Not thinking but just turning that tap is a skill of sucking it up. This pays off for the day. A quick round of pushups for a relaxing recovery, mush like prayer or mediation will promote more serotonin’s production of neuropods. With the popular practice of microbiome (certified healthy taste) you are mostly on the way to better energy from fat calories rather than sugar energy spikes and crashes. This burns fats including dangerous visceral on vital organs. Keep thinking positive and remember the conscious mind needs balance because it is always in motion. Depression comes from lack of control of our negative thoughts because when we are not having positive htoughts negative ones take over or non stoic behavior takes over.

Deep sleep is primal. The entrepreneur’s motto, “early to be early to rise, advertise”! When you have well-dressed, proud, stoic clients walking tall, you can go out later and sleep in! To sleep well, understand negatives thoughts. We all have them. It’s the subconscious letting us know we are out of balance with reflection and relaxation. When we do this, we produce serotonin for serenity. When you reflect or mediate, exercise or take cold showers, you will learn neutrality by the practice of noticing and dispelling thoughts. When you are having negative thoughts, it’s time to start better habits!

Many unhappy people are simply stuck without support for navigating the values of change. Diet and energy are fundamental and start with realizing supposedly innocent addictions. Most are closet addicts and need to see the connection between food, slow burn brain energy and depression. As Ben Shapiro popularized, ” Facts don’t care about your feelings”. Being over 35 one realizes that hormones and testosterone are not working for us, so our bad habits take over. Many of us become anti-social dead weights in our society and eventually a burden to the government. Many who abuse their diet and bodies, end up going to doctors who have no alternative than to give them the paid prescriptions for stress they want. Stress and fear are about half the body toxicity that perpetuate health problems. Your cold shower is the antidote to starting other habits. Its like preparing your parachute, jumping is the hardest part, but after that you’re feeling good and looking good!

Winston Churchill had his “Black Dog” depression but overcame it with his new challenge and purpose to rival Germany and their totalitarianism future partnership with Arab oil. His inspired bootstrap action with US’s lend lease act worked. He saved his nation as they gathered spirit against the threat. Today’s threat is the loss of strong effective leaders, and the middle class, just see the misfits on the street. You can have your own war against poor tailors and wasted clothing budgets from low or no service. Keep your energy up and your thinking will follow. It has worked well for me. My life over three quarters of a century is just starting.

Innocent addictions vs success,

My brother fell to diabetes simply because his taste was sweet and did not know that bitterness, slowly appreciated is “betterness.” This helps the stomach digestion, liver, gallbladder and pancreas. Believing we are our taste, is a mistake. Much like suspects may think that their image is who they are. These illusions are too serious, not realizing it is choice that makes us free. Knowing and practicing keto is appreciating the sanctity of the body and the energy it will offer you. Sweet peanut butter was his thing; it was there for him like a faithful wife. Another illusion was believing in his doctor. Not realizing that there are no silver bullets or prescriptions for a lifetime of childish taste for energy spikes. Actually, I liked it too, and realized it was, like many things, too good to be true, it was addictive. Reading the ingredients and tossing it is stoic. Start with coffee and MCT oil to intermittent fast. This is a great liver cleanser. Add exercise, and you will get into anticipation of planning your meals. Another savvy stoic habit! If you don’t plan your meals and you will end up eating non fresh or processed foods. You will rely on old ego for energy and change will be slower. Boiling kills nutrients, slow cooker or instapot are great for freshness, spice to taste. Eating carbs makes you hungrier and stretches your stomach to want more. Old food habits are sentimental, detrimental and robotic. When you see your Samson suit you will have a new investment frame of reference for improved lifestyle.
