2) Exercise 10 min HITT ( high intensity) and cold/ hot-clean/ cold showers, (30 min) -Bullet proof coffee ( add a healthy oil , like MCT, avocado or walnut)
3) Dress up a notch or to the nines- your choice , Zoom or Coffice – Make contact calls from your prepared list and make notes. Call 5 friends or get their friends as referrals. See how they are doing and mention that your friend gave them your name. Ask if you can support them. Then simply talk for a few minutes on their issues and struggles. Then send them a link from a youtube video you watched and liked! Give them a good reason that you as a sartorial consultant want their success. If they are not ready ask them if they have any they admire that have an income, that you could offer your bespoke fit service to for tailored shirts or suits.
4) Be the Urban adventurist to make new contacts Dressed to Kill ! Icebreaker to suspects? ask them if they participate in any local community or Find out local events near your coffice that you can save or look forward to. Check out Meetup.com take your time and study what you would like to try. Focus on business models and social models for your comfort zone .
5) Exercise your mind with a personal development video. I use ted talks as many are inspirational and motivational
6) Anchor your new habits with our weekly webinar. Share them and own them. Your only as good or as young as your last new habit.
7)Research on youtube for prospects topics of interest. Find questions on their interest or area of influence. Big Score!
8) Visit clients who you have called at least 3 times and make coffee or office appt to show them planet-tailored, Suitstyler, line then show or ask if they have two minutes to whet their appetite for a good cloth..
I practice gratefulness, Realizing that we could have been born in worse times with worse parents or conditions. Try a history less on the tube, where wars or riots or starvation terrorism that is becoming a tool. This allows me to pick myself up from any bottom thinking, from an almost useless area of concern that I can launch myself to my area of influence. Somewhere in the middle of the circle on your outer perimeter is your area of launch. I appreciate my home studio how ever humble, fasting and food planning, ( we are rich when we have a choice to fast) racket sports, hiking, skiing, scuba, singing and entertaining clients and friends. I am grateful that I can learn health practices and fix almost anything with YouTube videos.
First Respect yourself, then dress to Respect. Like in boot camp, even tough soldiers, make their bed. Your room or place is your castle for now so having it ready for you or anyone you would like to invite is creative and subconsciously enabling. If you can’t keep it clean and look forward to coming home, then you got bad habits and your days networking is going to show up like a bad suit. Just another bad habit like denials and blame. If your blaming others, that will extend to the world. If you are man or woman enough to forgive, this will change how you see yourself and the world. You will be able to imagine others having done well before you talk with them. This will lead you to a whole new world my friend. For the past issues you could even contact for coffee and catch up with your new maturity and habits behind you. Forgiveness is in your gesture. Sometimes you can be supportive too of those that wronged you. Who knows most of the time there are two truths, deep and deeper, yours and theirs, so maturity knows this and gets a life.
Daily new Habits adds confidence !
Being in good habits for 21 days will assure change and some new confidence to start learning people skills. Success is not bitching about the world at large. That is cowardliness. Its as simple as doing something you can control. Your real world is as close as the mirror and how you mirror others or return compliments. You are going from your old self image and comfort zone to the learning zone and to get their you have to get passed the fear zone that keeps us from change. Often humor and trust is your key to success. When you can share this its priceless rapport.
This will help and distract from the old black dog and encourage you to get out of the box, so that your bed welcomes you at the end of the day.
Success is process! Success is creative, as we must imagine more than ownership, but a feeling of completeness or what Maslov calls self-realization. So in a way we can learn success on a daily basis. In my version of Maslovs Heirarchy of needs I add income levels added by spiritual ones

Your showers and new habit additions will promote more serotonin that is key. With relaxing between exercise, probiotics and a good diet you are mostly on the way to producing fresh neuropods for this important brain function that fights addictions from bread to automobiles. Keep thinking positive and remember the conscious mind needs balance through deep sleep, new good habits or additional relaxation or meditation. As the conscious mind is always in motion ( by definition) if it’s not having positive feelings balanced with immediate facts, then you will have negative thoughts unbound by facts. Dont take negatives thoughts too personally, its just a sign one needs more serenity or healthy joys. Although if you mediate, exercise or take cold showers, you will learn neutrality by the practice of noticing and dispelling thoughts. When you are having negative thoughts, its time to start better habits!
So many I see are stuck unhappy with obvious array of ” what they think” as an innocent addictions. But they are not if they are too hard to control. The science or facts need respect from the feelings. These are the dead weights of our society and anti-social as eventually a burden to the government. Many who abuse their diet end up going to doctors who have no alternative than to give them the paid prescriptions they want. Stress and fear are about half the body toxicity that perpetuate health problems. Your cold shower is the antidote.
Winston Churchill had his “Black Dog” depression, but overcame it with his new challenge and purpose to rival Germany and Totalitarianism. His inspired bootstrap lifting, proactive, passionate action worked. Possibly with a little help from his friends. He saved a nation with the new war economy. You can have your own war against poor suit wrinkles on successful or men with good intentions and some inner qualities. Keep thinking positive and exercise, its worked well for me so your mind doesn’t fall back to old bad habits.
Make the new you in control,
If you are not sure of your bad habits, ask a friend. My brother fell to diabetes simply because he was his taste. That was his thing and not realizing how dangerous repeating bad foods are. Seemingly simple peanut butter is a lie. Company’s make it and dilute it with corn syrup to make it taste. Actually, for both of us was addictive. It was amazingly hard to turn it away. If you dont intermittent fast and exercise, you dont plan your meals and you will end up eating non fresh or processed foods. This is an issue as the nutrients are lost and you end eating more to compensate, till your stomach is stretched. But overall you will be eating more because carbs create hunger. Old food habits are simply sentimental detrimental and robotic. When you have a new frame of reference you can own your excitement and are responsible for your new world. This and any change is fearful for many. Joe is a Real Estate Coach at this moment but the issues are universal.
