Grad 2) Authenticity- Failure is opportunity

When authenticity is present in all our interactions we invite up a deeper form of communication and open their hearts so others can be authentic as well. This authentic and open communication creates meaningful interactions with prospects, vendors and each other and is one of the cornerstones of our success.

Maslov Hierarchy of Needs

These are personal and cultural levels available. The most basic is utility or daily needs that uses logic or one side of the brain. Then safety for stability, security and enjoyment, from these roots we acquire belonging and self-identity through consummating love within and around us. Belonging also incorporates teams, various games, that are left over from our tribal DNA for competitive emotive survival. Cognitive needs are exercising our brains and body. Aesthetics is the practice of visual peace and pleasure in our immediate environment. This takes and self esteem. The highest is spiritual, or self-actualization as in giving up one’s life for one’s values. Ultimately these are all interconnect, but graphically they can be recognized and acted on.
