What you put out will come back beyond your people skills you learn. The courage to do what’s right is what makes the difference in performance as a tailoring designer. this is part of upgrading your area of influence to be more important than you area of concern. The latter you can have no immediate influence.
As you are improving your lot, you are improving your brain. Just completing whole sentences and communicating is key to being confident socially with your new skills. As well many more established organizations that you can volunteer for have events that are perfect for meeting and making contacts. Many people fail because they lose the big picture and get stuck in content or details, not context. People compete on the useless details just to be right rather than deep listening or being compassionate. You’re dream that is part of the creative right brain.

Subconscious Work the way you feel in the morning are the result of your habits including an array of exercises and mediations or quiet reflections.
1) The first affirmation and act of love in the morning is a cold shower. It’s a ritual I don’t have to think or decide. I know it works that that is all I care

2) Doing brief intense exercise with recovery period after each is smarter and healthier.
Body Work Choose a 5-minute exercise: get the heart rate up till you feel the Adrenalin kicking in. This action balances all your hormone regulators that works for the immune system. Oxford University research shows High intensity training (HIT) can be as effective as an hour a day. The point is to do at least 5 minutes once a day for a week, then twice a day for 21 days. a month. These exercises are more about sending signals to left and right brain from your gut that produces neuropods up the Vegas nerve to the brain. This and serotonin that is 90% produced in the gut help reduce cortisol that working out produces that increases appetite. This is kind of an east meets west exercise that can produce affirmations while you are recovering with eyes closed. As well you can have your choice of breathing exercises. This can incorporate listening to your inner self and why you feel the way you do at the moment. Notice and persist in 20 – 40 deep breaths. 5 minutes
3) Make your bed – Don’t rely on a butler, maid or partner to do this. Because when you can afford to have it done you will deserve it. Its your opportunity to honor yourself and the bed that you can imagine coming back to after a good day of challenges.
4) The right diet not only gives you fuel but confidence that you are not alone in the movement away from grains, carbs, and other sugar for m.
a) Fruit or acids in the am, calcium or bases at night: I have yogurt, some probiotics, cheese at night to enable a deeper sleep.
5) Intermittent fasting. Try have a later and later breakfast, starting with eating light and a hearty planned lunch to make it to ultimately a lighter and lighter dinner. Try to achieve a 14-18 hr fast. such as a early meal at 5 -6 and breakfast at 11-12. Feeling hungry for a while is very healthy to instigate our fat calories used by our brain. This deep genealogy is how humans survived as the brain gets keener in early mornings before breakfast. When you balance intake with exercise, with stress (not too much) your leptins and neuropods in your gut (smarter than your brain) tell you to stop eating.
Non fresh food and bad processed foods demands your body to produce insulin that creates insulin resistance and drives your food intake. Prediabetes is expected to be up from 33% to 38% of population by 2030 in western food.
6) Cold showers” The more I tell people that I take them, the more I am encouraged to do it myself. People reactions are really very stupid as they don’t understand how empowering they are. When you know how good they are for the immune system, critical these days, and how well they will empower your day, its a “know brainer”. My body says no but my mind says so, and in 3 seconds I am relaxed in the freshness and natural warmed of my core. I count down from 60 in a cold shower, still relaxed works magic. Then a hot soaping and finish with a cold shower to stepping out is easier.
7) Food preparation for the Week; I use an Instapot to create meals. See the videos for ideas! I can freeze in containers and thaw for the next days. I buy fresh vegetables and occasional breads every 2-3 days. If I have an urge for carbs I use nuts, cheese, seeded crackers (minimal wheat) dark chocolate with almonds, wine or a walk. Don’t be distracted from your work, nor pressured to not sound relaxed and smart when you call. Having a line on great cheap food gives you stability and works towards you building your new life and good habits.
8) Your course- Brain Work
There are 2 basic ways to improve your brain, information and coordination. Information is useless without context and that takes talent and persistence. asking the right questions like where would you like to be that you can dress and enjoy yourself?
9) Finish this course, get your war chest of personal investment for wardrobe, samples and networking.
As a TD you’ll need to relate to men, this takes finding men that respect expertise. This is easier when you can immediately spot what their past issues have been without insulting them. When you dress and relate well, having good conversation skills will make your name as designer for Suitstyler more known.
Dressing “to” respect takes practice. Anti-social behavior or pretense is not a good for business especially when you start out. Today with social media, we are more visible and accountable. So good habits, good energy and honesty work. I once was about to sign a $5000 contract when I chose to google who I was paying. I did it in front of him. It turns out that he was fraudulent with other deals. I ripped up the cheque in front of him. He panicked and I told him, it’s a new era of accountability. This creates a whole new world of values where we can stand up and be honest to ourselves. As long as we serve and listen to needs, this is the opposite of many salesmen that have a narrative only to create confidence. Balancing both to fill the void is ideal.

The skill of TD creating a bespoke fit suit, with a tempting wardrobe reason to return is very high end and controversial today. Here is when you start making contacts, while you are not trying. Build the skills carefully along with your wardrobe.
